Vacation Details

A wonderful opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy a friendly, rustic farm experience.

Mornings. Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Then help milk a cow (or goat) before attending the daily Qigong class led by Qigong Master Robert Peng. After class, a delicious and satisfying lunch is served.

Early risers enjoy hot beverages on the way to a daily optional morning meditation or simply take in the sunrise over the farm.

Afternoons. The afternoons are free for your exploration and relaxation. East Hill Farm has many amenities on-site for you to enjoy. Be sure to visit the bunnies and help collect eggs for the next morning’s breakfast. Boating on the pond, hiking on the farm, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and swimming in the heated indoor and outdoor pools are popular activities for you to immerse yourself into your surroundings.

Evenings. Dinner is a lively affair served family style. It is a great time to make new friends and plans for enjoying free afternoons the following day. An activities board makes finding partners for tennis, cards, or ball games easy.

Includes

Qigong  is taught by Robert Peng daily for 2.5 hours between breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday plus qigong activities led by Robert on two afternoons.

The connection between health and stress is well known. In qigong that relationship depends on the condition of our guardian qi. Guardian qi can be thought of as a shield of energy that runs along the body’s surface; it is created when our internal organs are strong and healthy. Guardian qi acts like a bulletproof vest and can protect us from mental and emotional stress.

  • Song, Kong, Tong Pecking Therapy to ease and balance your emotions
