Michael shows us how we can experience real benefits from practicing qigong today. Michael demystifies and makes this beloved ancient practice understandable and accessible through the contemporary perspective of positive psychology.
Qigong is taught by Michael Gelb daily for about 2.5 hours between breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. In addition there is a Sunday evening qigong class beginning at 5:30 pm followed by our welcome dinner.
